"Me and my mother went to this store and we are both people of color and we were treated very differently from the other people that were at the store she was giving us judge mental looks like if we didn’t belong in the store. She then later completely changed her attitude when she realized how much money we were going to spend. I usually love this store but the costumer service was terrible."
"I went today because they had massive discounts, just like on Black Friday, 60%! Very cool. I didn't buy anything, but they did have lovely things. Their T-shirts are lovely, the tissue cotton is so soft. They have beautiful blazers and great pants. I love their cardigans when they're on special as usually they're pretty expensive. Good store, wait for big discounts."
"Never more than a few customers and even fewer staff. Jcrew used to be cool.. But it just seems so old hat now.. Too bad.. They do have some nice clothes but the price is a little steep for clothes that resemble every other brand from old navy to gap to Tommy.."
