"Had a very rude experience (over the phone) with one of the managers working the floor today (August 21, 2023). Tried to get a price adjustment with a recent purchase, and she couldn't bring up the receipt on her end, even when I had all of the receipt details on hand. She talked all over me and even shouted at me. She kept saying that it was impossible, so I had to show her exactly what to do and was able to find the receipt for her. She was very incompetent or maybe was having a bad day, but that's no excuse since YOU'RE THE MANAGER. Ultimately, the issue was resolved, and she calmed down."
"We Tried returning an online purchase here, we were told these items are factory and we can’t return them. After 10 mins of one employee trying to help with a return label the manager comes over to help. She makes sure to say you’re welcome before we could say thanks for nothing. We drove from st pete to return these items. 1-1/2 hours for nothing. And then deal with a rude so called manager. Never again!!! Save your money and shop at a real store"
"I had such an amazing experience in BR today! The customer service was outstanding and I was called by name multiple times. The two sweet girls I worked with helped me pick out outfits and were just fun and honest in sharing the way things looked. Thank you to the BR staff for bringing back customer service, which I thought was a thing of the past!!"
"This is some of the best customer service i’ve received at a high end store. The stylist Girlanda (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was so helpful with finding me an outfit for my graduate school interview and kept bringing me tons of options and was very sweet overall. This was my first time at Banana and i’ll be sure to come back."
