"This is my holy grail of stores. Up to this point, I could never find jeans that fit properly until I walked in to Hollister! I was never so impressed in all my life! The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable, patient courteous! I feel so comfy in there! I not only bought jeans and tops in there, but now I'm going back for a bathing suit! They email you notifications of something new just arriving! I'm going back for a bathing suit! If you haven't tried this store, please make it a point to go there. You won't be disappointed!"

"Literally TRAUMATIZED I feel like I can’t even go into fitting rooms anymore since one of the employees Decided to unlock my fitting room when I was still in there when I’m saying HELLOO still opens my door when I’m in the MIDDLE OF CHANGING I feel so violated I WAS a loyal customer there but that just ruined my trip to Hollister my be my LAST. Ontop of that I didn’t even get an apology from that person for doing that very unprofessional. And other customers clearly saw me because they were about to be put in the same room as me."
"Absolutely love their jeans! I love the $25 Jean sale they do from time to time and always find at least 2 pairs. They now have a rewards program and I love it! I was in there today and both Cassie and Sara were GREAT! These ladies went above and beyond for me today and I appreciate it greatly! Thank you ladies for a great visit today, I look forward to coming back!"
