"I love this store. I love all the products they have. But the reason I'm writing this review is how disappointed I'm with the jewelry section. This has happened many times and I think someone needs to know. With all due respect the elderly lady who works at the jewelry department is absolutely useless. She can't walk, she looks in pain and every time i need help, i don't really get any. Today I wanted to spend good money on a necklace, but she was not interested in helping me . I just left"

"I would love to give this store 5 ☆ but I walked out and left a cart full of items for like the 5th time! I refuse to wait in that line for 20 min again!! I have waited before but this store never has enough cashiers. They don't call on intercom to get more cashiers! They don't care at all how long you waited. Plus this store is a literal OVEN! Please get more cashiers! Today I left about $100 worth or merchandise in the cart. This store can have great finds and merchandise. But I walked around 45 min and just want to get out easy. You don't make me want to spend my money here."

"That is the best TJ Maxx store that I have been from bags, underwear, hair and body care, and home goods. Full of snacks. Clean and smells well. The fitting rooms are open. Large jewelery section with small selestion of gold and large selection of sterling silver. Ligh there is good so you can see the stuff better. The checkout alsobwas good. Multipule carts that can be used."
