"The only reason I give this place a one star is because I had to to be allowed to comment, Yes they have beautiful clothes, but zero respect to people, I am a calm person , but this blonde old short hair lady that works their was so rude to me and my family and she really made me want to leave this place right now !!!!! Please don't work at customer service unless you know how to deal with people and respect them, instead of screaming at them and saying ugly words to them"
"Store that had it's beginning in Fla I would think they would have more "Florida" appropriate weight clothing. However I did but a great pair is winter white slacks that are awesome! Staff is so attentive and the shopping experience was delightful!"
"Worst customer service of any retail store I've every visited. No help whatsoever until I look like I might purchase something, then bickering happens between associates over "who was helping me first." (The absolute snob who was my sales person came flying over after I asked for help from the only pleasant woman in the place). One word answers to questions, pointing to the other side of the store saying "I don't know over there somewhere." Three times I've been in looking for plain jeans, and of the many pairs on the floor, not one is my size. Same story every time. I can't believe this place does any business with the way they treat people. Shameful."
