"I really don't typically write negative reviews, but I find myself feeling disappointed and frustrated and thought I should share my experience - and I never even got through to make an appointment! I was anxious to build a relationship with a new vet and bring my new kitten in for an exam and neutering. I figured what a better place to bring a new kitty but to a place that ONLY treats cats! :-) So I called Nine Lives last week, someone answered the phone, I said I was a potential new client and had a couple questions. She asked if she could put me on hold and go to the front desk. And then I waited -- for at least 15 minutes, and no one ever came back to the phone. I made the assumption that she would surely look at her caller ID and call me back - but she never did. Today I called again, first thing in the morning at 8:30. I left a message on the voicemail asking if someone would please call me. I never got a call. I find this shocking because the reviews all look wonderful, which was why I decided to call in the first place. I'm moving on to another vet."

Frank, DVM, delivered devastating news - my 4-month-old cat tested positive for feline leukemia, and he recommended immediate euthanasia. Refusing to accept this fate, I sought a second opinion. Today, my once tiny, fragile kitten is a vibrant, healthy 9-year-old feline, defying all odds. This serves as a powerful reminder: always seek a second opinion, and never rush into life-altering decisions based solely on one professional's advice. I am eternally grateful I didn't heed Dr. Frank's counsel."

"Great place to take your feline fur baby. The receptionist is such a pleasant person. The staff is attentive and the doctor is the best. The first time my son took his cat to them he didn’t have a way to transport his baby and these nice people gifted him a kennel…. Other places charge you!! I was very grateful for that and this is why I bring my cats here."
