"I adopted Max at the suggestion of one of the workers. Hes amazing, hes sweet, hes very laid back and loves belly rubs. From day 1 he quickly decided to take over my bed with my 2 little furry girls. He follows me everywhere and comes when i whistle. Best decision I ever made with help from one of the workers. A very nice young lady with lots of patience. Than you MCAS !"

"Near my grandmothers house people frequently abandon their pets within the neighborhood. Two kittens were recently amongst the abandoned so my grandmother called about bringing them in. She had a pleasant conversation over the phone and was told she could bring them in. When she brought the two kittens in she dealt with a completely rude woman who tried to make her feel awful for feeding them and not just essentially ignoring the problem. She also made sure to say to my grandmother that she “hoped they wouldn’t end up at the farm.” If this is the way you talk to and treat people it’s not a mystery why people don’t bother to surrender pets the proper way and just continue to abandon them. Appalling the way you spoke to an elderly person who was trying to do the right thing."

"My rating is solely off of my interactions with Alisa or however her name is spelled. She honestly needs to work in the back cleaning the kennels versus dealing with people or the animals; granted maybe she would be better with the animals. EVERY single time I've interacted with the shelter, and it is her... She is so nasty, and provides inaccurate information. I spoke to her about fostering in the future and she informed me that the only option to foster was foster to adopt; which I later learned was not the case. The interactions I've had with every other staff has been very pleasant. I can bet my life that all the other bad reviews about a "lady", they are speaking about this same one. She needs training or to just completely find another place to work."

"I took my little scrappy to their neuter commuter and they did great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I also like that they won’t chance your pet’s health just to make a dollar. My Rambo has seizures and they would not chance it there because they don’t have the emergency care they would need. So I like that. Also as I was waiting at the light I looked down and saw this beauty is everywhere you just have to look. And then there is Izzy making sure scrappy is fine I would recommend them"

"Most Caring Facility I surprised my wife with adopting a cat, and the process was painless and exciting. The cost was 10.00 this month so I donated the remainder of the normal fee. The staff are all so giving and it shows when you walk into the building. Our cat is at home and has already settled in and is feeling quite comfortable. I am so glad we chose to adopt from this shelter. Top Notch. Thank You"
