"Came to town on a business trip and unfortunately forgot my normal glasses at home. Cecil took care of me as soon as I walked in. We got my optometrist to send my prescription electronically. Cecil found the proper lens were in stock, set me up with frames and had the lenses cut and set in short order. Outstanding customer service!"

"A great shop, the man that helped us was very helpful and very nice. The exam itself was a little strange, they had a technician over a video call that did your exam which was a little surprising. But after the exam the same gentleman walked me through what the test results meant which was very nice, and he also walked me through all the additional stuff you can add to your glasses and he helped me find some cheap but important options for me. Overall I only paid 140 for the exam and some glasses with my prescription and some additional things I wanted. I would definitely recommend and I would come again. Thank you again for being so nice and helpful!"

"Hot garbage. Not transparent, they let you shop, and tell you all about all the features with out a price involved, then flip the screen and you have a 700 dollar pair of glasses, they offer buy one get one, or half off one, why not just post the actual price? Promised glasses in a week, a full month later and I still don't have my glasses. When you try to call you can't get the store you ordered from, you are sent to an outsourced call center. People are very nice, and friendly, but most cons are, this how they make their money. UPDATE: the response to these reviews is automated, the phone number they give to contact is the call center, when you call they don't care about your problem, they just try to pacify you. The online order tracker is anything but accurate. Those of you that wear glasses know that with out the right glasses you get pretty bad head aches, I went here because it was supposed to be fast, 400 dollars and 5 weeks later I'm still waiting.... I should have bought stock in Tylenol for the constant headache.. this place is a joke."

"This is my first time wearing glasses or contacts. The service at Eye Lab was very professional and courteous. The equipment that they used was top notch. So I was a little taken back when I actually received my new glasses. The case was a thin cheaply made plastic case."
