"This Walgreens is the worst I have going to. But I would like to call attention to just one employee at pharmacy Carlicia - she was amazing trying to help me with my medication despite of everything. She was rumble telling me they were short on staff and she will do her best to help me. I never saw this happening at this store.... She deserves the best and I really would like her find another best place to work."

"Going to this pharmacy is terrible, every month I have to pick up medicine for my husband, and I'm always unlucky to be attended to at the pharmacy by a woman with long hair and half blonde, she responds very badly, with a bad attitude, after facing a queue takes 30 minutes and this person, who sometimes speaks Spanish and sometimes English, serves you very poorly. I do not recommend sending prescriptions to this pharmacy."

"Received poor customer service; when I went to collect a medication, the pharmacy representative suggested it might not be available. I insisted on a check, and despite her claim that I'd receive a notification if it's in stock, I returned the next day to find another representative confirming it's always available."

"I have come to this Walgreens two days in a row. Waited 40 minutes each time inside never to get my medication. There is one person working as a cashier. There are elderly people standing in line. They can barely stand up, and they are expected to stand for long periods of time. This is absolutely ridiculous. So today I came to the drive-through. There is one person ahead of me, and I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and the car has not moved. Whoever is managing this, Walgreens should be fired immediately. I hope the corporation looks at my review and analyzes the service of this store. It is completely outrageous."

"Wife and I had 8:30a/8:40a appointments for Covid 19 vaccinations. Filled out all paperwork online. Showed up at 8:25a. Only one tech at counter. When we got to the counter we told tech we had 8:30a appointment. He acknowledged and walked somewhere to the back. He kept going back and forth for almost 10 minutes. When he finally got back he asked again what we need. We explained we had appointments. He said he had to put all the information back into the computer, get a form from the pharmacist, we have to fill out the form and then he gives it back to the pharmacist who then prepares the vaccinations. But this time is was 8:45a. We walked out. Our previous shots had all been at CVS. There is a separate check-in area for vaccinations. We give our name and they grab the medicine and needles and we are done in less than 5 minutes. I immediately went home and scheduled with them. We stopped using Walgreens years ago because of horrible service and long, slow lines. Now we were reminded why we did that. All three of the Walgreens stores in our area are the same."
