"Absolutely terrible service in pharmacy department, staff is disorganized, incompeyent, nonrersponsible, nonprofessional, and rude. My 80 y. o. husband was not able to get prescribed antibiotic for acute infection over 5 days, and finally staff member{ probably, pharmacyst} Nico, instead of any appology, told him " ...get out of here and never come back! Do you understand me or you need a translator? Get out..." Such a shame!!! It's a professional neglect- to refuse an acutely sick person in medicine, it's disrespect, discrimination, and humiliation at eldery 80 y.o. sick person!"

"While the store is nicely organized and clean, the checkout process is just stupidity at its finest. They don’t have anybody behind the counter to check people out, but they have somebody standing at self check out to push you through. I’m like if you want to use self check out, then allow people to self check out but have somebody behind the counter for people that opted not to use it. It is a huge cluster at the front of the store and very annoying. If you need somebody consistently at self check out station, then don’t have self check out at all. Let your people work behind the counter and keep the lines moving."

"Pharmacist is extremely rude!! Hung up on me in middle of conversation, gave me run around, and I’m doing this for my brother with a disability, imagine dealing with these people who are so insensitive and rude there to help patients! I’ve worked in pharmacies I know it gets busy, but that does not excuse being such a rude person! Hopefully they get same service when they need help too! We’re paying customers, she acts like she’s doing us a favor! Incompetent and rude!"
