"I brought my daughter here back in August to get her hair professionally done before she started high school. I've had my hair done here before and my experience was fantastic. Now for my daughter I can't say the same. When we got home and gave it a few days we were absolutely mortified with how her hair turned out. Her hair was brassy, blotchy, not blended well and fried. It literally looked like her friends bleached it for her, it's that bad. All of her edges and bangs have broken off because they were processed for so long. I felt so bad for her because her experience was so horrible and that she's had to walk around with her hair the way it is. On top of that I'm the one who brought her there. Also the fact that I spent almost 300 dollars for my child to be upset and have the worst experience ever. She's sat and told me she wished she hadn't gotten her hair done and that she just wants to put box dye over it because it's just that bad and hates how short her bangs are now. I don't think she'll ever want to get her hair done again after all this."

"Over the past few years I’ve been transitioning to a blonde. I chose this salon based on reviews once I moved to FL. The people were sweet, but I did not have a good hair experience. The session cost ~$400 and my hair was absolutely fried afterwards."

"This salon has great reviews based off talent which is fair, however some of my experiences haven’t been so great. First time I asked for a blonde balayage and when I got there she said it would be too expensive to do under $200 so she said she’d do blonde highlights which was fine. What wasn’t fine was the fact that we discussed my max budget at the beginning of the appointment and by the time I was being rung up, she charged me $250 and requested a tip. I liked my hair enough that I kept going and ignored the dishonesty about pricing. Next time I got my hair colored here I wanted one simple color all over back to my natural color. The website listed prices starting at $80 for a basic color like this. It took her less than an hour to do this and all she did was dump a bottle of dye on my hair and massaged it in and then rinsed it out. It was not a lot of work so when I went to go ring up, I figured it would be $100 max considering it was so fast and easy. Instead I was charged $180. I hate the fact that I allowed them to take advantage of me twice and overcharge me. I would not recommend going here if you are a young girl and afraid of being taken advantage of. The price should be discussed at the beginning and not changed without warning."

"I haven’t been able to find a good looking salon since moving to the area, and I’ve always been afraid to chop my hair off at the shoulders. I was able to book an appointment with Tiffani on a short notice and I am so glad I did! I absolutely love my hair and had a great experience with Tiffani as my stylist! She gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had and boosted my confidence ten fold! I went with a short textured bob due to my thin hair, and I will be coming back for sure! 10/10 recommended!"

"I went into the salon this past week and saw Tiffani. I decided to get a couple inches off while trying to get rid of my blonde highlights. Tiffani gave me exactly what I wanted, the best haircut since I've moved to Florida! We also got to talking about how to get my hair back to my natural color without damaging it even more. The atmosphere at the salon was great, and everyone was really nice. I can't wait to go back and have Tiffani work her magic on my hair again!"
