"I had brought a previous pet in to them many years ago and had to put him down. At that time the staff was so compassionate and did such a great job in explaining my options I was grateful. I just brought another of my dogs in with the same symptoms. I was distraught, thought I would lose her. My girl has never been sick in her 12 years. The staff called me to update me through the night, I was allowed back in the treatment room where I could visit with my girl while she was in an oxygen chamber. My dog had pneumonia in both her lungs, had pulmonary hypertension. I read online the outcome of a flare-up. Not good. They were able to treat her and she is back home with me. The entire staff is top notch. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable. Very glad I brought her there."
