"Perspective Eye Center docs and staff are awesome! We are a family of 6, so we can be overwhelming :) The whole process was wonderful. Scheduling was a breeze, the visits for all of us were great. The kids got their glasses and my wife and I enjoyed our visit as well. Dr. Helton is an amazing doc. Very personable, down to earth, and very detailed in his communication to his patients during the exam. The office staff are very pleasant. They laughed along with my wife and I as we were selecting our glasses, as we had fun doing it. :). Lastly, the office staff are very helpful in getting things right. In today's age, businesses like to just "get by" with customer service, but they do a great job to make sure that their patients are satisfied. Appreciate you ladies. "I have been wearing contacts for 43 years and as soon as I turned 60 last year, everything hit the fan! No longer was I able to wear contacts without my eyes stinging and burning. I have had dry eye for years, but not so bad it affected wearing contacts. So I had to "doctor hop" since January of this year and went to 4 different eye doctors only to be told the same thing by all the doctors.... "you're wasting our sample contacts" or "you've tried all contacts that are available you will just have to wear glasses the rest of your life", etc. etc. etc. By that time I was ready to cry and tried to research myself what brands of contacts are great for dry eye. What popped up was Dr. Helton who specializes in dry eye. I didn't know that existed, so I went out to the office the very next day and the lovely staff booked me an appt the next week. Dr. Helton tackled my problem immediately and I left floored he even spent a whole hour and a half with me - taking pictures of my eyes and educating me on why my eyes are so dry. Right before I left I even had homework before I had to come back - hot compress every morning and night, blinking every hour 20 times (of course I wasn't happy thinking "wrinkles" yikes), and using prescribed drops. I came back and he worked with me trying on different pairs being as patient as he could be while I was fearful he would give up on me like all the other doctors did. Then in one appt, he noticed I was talking like I was dehydrated. He asked me how much water I drink a day. I sunk in my chair and told him hardly any. He was then quick to tell me to buy propel and drink all day. I "obeyed", and went back today (2 weeks later) with good news my eyes were already feeling better and he saw some water in my eyes. He wanted to order one more trial type, but I can say through all his patience and kindness and working with me, he is the only doctor that helped me confirming I can still wear contacts with some tweaks to what I have to do to maintain the eyes to stay moist! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Helton. You are the best and I will continue to recommend you every chance I get. You are stuck with me as my eye doctor... lucky you! LOL :-D!!"

"Haven't had an eye exam in 4 or 5 years, contacted this site based on a review of my insurance. Found the center AND ESPECIALLY THE STAFF TO BE AWESOME!!!!!!!! Welcomed as soon as I entered the store, very friendly. The young lady who conducted the intial exam was very friendly, professional and detailed! Explained everything she was doing and answered all of my questions. The MD came in very quickly after the initial exam and again he was very through, he explained each step and answered all my questions. The staff in the front were able to get me the right glasses, that were covered by insurance, and AGAIN answered all my questions on frames, lenses and, most importantly, insurance coverage. Check out was quick and very reasonable, staff was very friendly! I WOUILD RECOMMEND THIS EYE CENTER TO ANYONE NEEDING AN EXAM OR GLASSES, THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND CARING!"
