"Don’t bring your pets here. I have tried countless times to give this vet a chance but they are liars and gold diggers. My mom took my pet to check for an ear infection. She had copious black discharge from her ear as seen in the picture and I was worried. My pet was taken away from my mom to be treated behind doors. My mom was told she did not have an ear infection and what she needed was a $347 allergy shot that lasted 5-6 weeks. My mother called me during the appointment and I spiked with whoever was on the line and I was also told she did not have an infection and the the allergy shot was the best and most affordable option for her allergies. They mentioned that there was also pills but never mentioned the price. When asked, they told us that the pills were $53 for 14 weeks. When you do the math, that is not cheaper. After my dog got home I checked her ear and it was getting worse. So I called them because I knew there was no way they did a swab and it came back negative. During my first call I was told that no swab was done. They redirected me to the vet who told me that she indeed did have an infection by that it was caused by allergies. I asked why my dog was allowed to be sent home without any treatment and they simply said that we denied it. This is false. We came in for her to be checked for an ear infection and we’re SEEKING treatment for only that. We were told she did not have an ear infection when in fact she did. Now my dog is still untreated, but I will be taking her elsewhere. This whole experience is unbelievable."
