She did all this while being actively engaged in a conference call bringing attention to a FDA notice, taking care me and other customers in addition to supporting the rest of the team as they took care of customers too. Incredible dedication, also she was smiling and pleasant through the whole experience. I am a retail manager and wish my people could be half as good in the customer experience she gave to me and the other customers."

I really needed assistance yo find stuff for ear care I wondered around was able to find anything so I waited in line to ask for help but lost my patience after waiting on someone to get done with there coupons. I'M DONE WITH CVS your company is wrong to run this business with a skeleton crew in the middle of a city you want to go out of business keep it up with your poor customer service this is not my first poor experience with this business and this is the last time for me DONE"
