"Ohmyfreaking gosh This was so good and so fresh!! I'm so glad I came here. This has no joke been the best part of my trip. Everything sucked until I came here. The food is so good. The tamales are like abuelitas tamales. Big portions, soooo flavorful and excellent quality. 10 out of 10. Please try it. You won't regret it. I wish I lived closer so I could come more often. It was so good we only took pictures when we were full lol but they are not stingy with the portions. Clean tables, nice music but not too loud for conversation. Freaking love this place. My pictures are terrible but the food was absolutely brilliant. Our server was Chris and he was awesome."

"Food was really good! When I first walked in it was not much people, but we ordered 5 different dishes and we loved all of them. The rice was good and the steak sandwich was amazing. I also ordered my cortadito. Definitely come back! Thank you Ronny!"

"Wish I hadn't expected more. Was actually looking forward to this place, but it's not likely that I'll be back. It's possible that they count on tourists that won't likely return. We attempted to go a few weeks ago, but when we got there, they were closed. It was just barely 8pm, both Google and their sign says open to 9pm, but not that night. So this time we went a bit earlier, there was only one other table seated in the restaurant, sightly after 6pm. The very high prices nearly sent us home, but we were hungry. We ordered the Havana Kiss Steak, some Black Bean Soup, and a few Cuban sandwiches. It took nearly an hour to get our food! Very slow service. Overall dinner took over two hours. The server never told us the fries were extra and they were $4 each. It wouldn't have been a problem, but when we tried to substitute rice and beans, he mention those were extra, so it was implied the unsalted fries came with the $12 sandwich. They did not. On top of that, the gratuity was added to the bill, for our small table of five. The food flavor was just ok, have had way better in Miami. The Steak, although very thin, was seasoned well, and rice was decent. Beans were a little bland, but cooked well. Sandwiches were the best thing we had, but a little dry. The pork was cooked just right, the cheese was good, but it could've used a better spread of mustard, and the pickles were missing. Overall, service was awful, food is much too expensive, portions were lacking, and it was just a unfortunate experience."

"Service was friendly, but felt the food was a little underwhelming. Ordered the NY strip (steak was dry, and it was 1/4 fat and both the steak and rice were bland), Cuban sandwich (a little light on the meat and dry), chicken tenders with fries (seemed to have been homemade and were tasty and juicy) and 2 juices. All combined came out to just over $80 because of the automatic gratuity added. In my opinion either the food needs a little more flavoring or the prices should come down a little, and the gratuity should really only be automatic for large tables, not for smaller families. But the decor and ambiance was pleasant."
