"This is a TERRIBLE company. Not a single competent person works here. They have been sending me the wrong bill for 18 months for something they DID NOT DO! I cannot say enough bad things about this place."

"Have to agree with the other reviewers that dealing with this organization is a horrible experience. My elderly mother had a car accident a year ago and I am still trying to get her bill resolved. I have spent hours on hold, written letters, and repeatedly told that her bill is "under review" even though it merely has to be submitted to Medicare to be resolved. Just a miserable experience."

"I am updating my review after 2 months. I called them several occasions and at different time frames. Left several messages but no one return my calls. Automated system drop the call after few rings when transferring you to another extension. There is no way to communicate by email or mail either. They are lucky that, the patients does not choose the anesthesiology at the hospitals otherwise their business won't be succesful. Although the physicians and PA's provide a good service, the company must review and improve their customer service and accesibility."

"Wish I could give zero stars. They are an absolute joke! Charged for 2 people to do 1 job. They harass you for money, but when you try to reach out to them you are on hold for over 20 minutes to even talk to someone. THEN you talk with someone they say your account is set up for auto payments, yet nothing has been charged. Of course if I don't follow up on this they will threaten to send me to collections again. Terrible customer service, everyone I have spoken with has been EXTREMELY rude not only to me, but also to my insurance company when we were on a conference call to try and work this out. They refuse to listen and will just keep saying you owe X amount of money."
