"MY EXPERIENCE only during a 5pm Monday appointment as a new patient. If you’re not someone that cares about a friendly front desk/staff then this is the place for you. Only giving 3 stars because Dr. John was great with me and can’t be punished for his staff, but due to my experience at the front desk I will not come back or give higher ratings. I worked in customer service in the healthcare sector(dental/vet) and this was like walking into the Health Department. All I can remember is no friendliness, them too busy talking about their dinner plans, asking the next patient (established patient from the sound of it) why are you here? Did you already pay? and we lost all your paperwork. Then when making my next appointment giving me attitude. That is not the people I want to deal with."

"First off I like to thank the nurse I was hurting and waiting room and she offered me to sit in the massage chair to wait on the doctor. Love that chair wish I could afford one like that. Doctor does not try to rush me out even though it was only a $49 promotion took at least an hour with me. He didn't have to especially that discount price. I tried one of his procedures not the stretching. The other machine that sounds like pulses into your back. I it hurt when she hit a certain spots but it's supposed to but by the time she was done the spots were not sensitive or hurting anymore in my lower lumbar. I had an 11:30 appointment today it's almost 3:00 and where they treated does not hurt nowhere near what it did before. So far so good. I would recommend this doctor it's not like he's trying to throw a Band-Aid on you by giving you pills or giving you a shot that don't work. You seem to actually want to heal you. I've dealt with doctors for 24 years with my back. And I would go back to this doctor in a heartbeat and that's hard to say with me I'm picky with who takes care of my body"

"Extremely informative, professional and attentive! All staff listen to you and your concerns of your situation with utmost compassion as well as answer your questions honestly. They are up to date with the newest technologies and don’t sugar coat anything so they could solely benefit from it! I have been dealing with my hand issues( severe neuropathy) for three years and have only come across a very few who’ve given me the respect, compassion and time I received from this office!
