I signed up for a plan asked all the right questions was told "sure you can cancel anytime no fees." Ha, wrong. The actual cancellation policy is that you must pay all of the remaining plan cost or the cost of the vet visits you used. The only way to cancel is to sit on hold for 2hrs, or to get hung up on over and over. My mother in-laws dog that was about 13 yrs old and had been on this program her whole life when the dog passed 2 weeks after renewal, this company said oh well you still owe us for the plan. Though the services were decent for the first year this is absolutely not worth the money headache or carelessness that this company and it's affiliates disrespect their consumers with. They found a way to make money off of people's kind hearts and love for their pets. They do not care for you or us or our pets. DON'T USE THEM EVER. I know I'll never go back to them or let anyone I care about use this company."

"Staff was helpful and nice with my pet visit and after our Goldendoodle was stolen, they were helpful at finding his records and chip info. I'm very thankful as you can get your records from any location, and I pray we find our dog!!! Then he will go right back to Banfield for a catch-up check-up! Thanks!!!!"

"I had a wonderful experience here today. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. There was no pressure to buy anything and the staff explained everything that was done to my dog. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to bring my dog there!"

"This place has been amazing. I lost my fur baby recently and they helped me every step of the way. They did everything. If you decide to keep your furbaby after they help with that too and they come back to very cared for and beautiful with other things to help remember them."
