"The times that I've had to visit Blue Pearl have been when my dog was very sick. It was a very emotional time for me, and Blue Pearl Neuro and Ortho were both amazing(I saw both the first time she got sick, and just Neuro the second). The first time around, Neuro bent over backward to get us into Ortho when they realized that she needed to be seen there instead, even walking me and my baby over to Ortho. The second time, Neuro went out of their way to fit us into their schedule for our urgent matter, despite their being no availability. The front office staff, Techs, and Doctors alike are all so great and truly care."
"This place dose not care, very judgmental on the dog breed that people have pick and choose, which is a favorite. Our dog was sick with pneumonia, they barely looked at him and just said it’s a cough. No big deal. Very rude and untrained, seems like all the techs just walked in off the street that day and started handling family pets. Stay away ."
"Having a sick dog can be extremely stressful. I was so thankful for the entire staff at Blue Pearl (Neurology) who helped me get an appointment, so caring and for Dr. Rushing who examined her. The office was very clean and very welcoming as well. I cannot thank them enough and feel better knowing they are there - if needed."
"Staff was helpful and accommodating. Since all tests were normal and dog overall health, personality and looks are normal. They stated the 5k test would only give me piece of mind but they expected it to be normal. Suggested a more cost effective usage of a low dosage of medication instead at this point."
