"I really liked Dr. Salva, but this office is horrible and seriously lacks communication. I went in for routine lab work and was never given a call back with my results as promised. Instead, the pharmacy called with a prescription I was never told about. When I called the office, the manager Hannah tried to tell me that this was all routine and the doctors don’t usually call patients with results. She tried to read my results to me, but clearly had no idea what she was saying. Nothing was correct. I was told to take the meds and I could make another appointment to see the doctor, three weeks away. I’m sorry, but I’m not taking any meds before discussing them with a doctor."

""DR. LINDA SALVA IS AMAZING!!! SHE IS AWESOME!!! She cares about her patients, and she takes good care of them. One look at you and she knows something is wrong. She takes necessary ACTION ASAP. I guess years of experience and expertise would make a Doctor Brilliant. SHE IS ONE OF THOSE. Her office staff are equally AMAZING. Hannah takes specimen literally without pain, the procedure is done without you feeling the needle. They make their patients feel important. Your phone call is answered almost immediately, the phone doesn't even ring 3 times. I am very happy with them. I would NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.""

"Called to set up an appointment because you cannot set one up online which is fine, but you can’t set up an appointment until they have all your insurance information which means you have to play email and phone tag."

"I first called in on a Thursday to get a prescription sent to the pharmacy, not sent in Thursday, Friday and called on Monday morning at 10am. It still was not sent by 4pm. After speaking with 4+ representatives it still was sent in. Very upsetting that a task that would take 2minutes to do couldn’t be done sooner. I wouldn’t recommend if you are a patient that relies on medications monthly as getting refills Can take several days. This is not the first time this situation has happened. Situation part 2: I had an annual exam where I arrived 15minutes before my appointment. Because this was an annual exam I was fasting from the night before. After waiting almost 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time in the lobby(an hour in total), seeing multiple pharmaceutical reps going to the back and leaving after their presentations I finally got up and asked how much longer it would be. Then then got a nurse to take me back. I waited another 15-30minutes in the room now and heard ANOTHER pharmaceutical rep pitching right outside my door to the doctor I was supposed to see an hour ago."

"The drs here are amazing! I'm a little biased bec they saved my dad's life, no biggie, but I became a patient myself after and they truly take their time to listen and actually do something. That's rare now a days! Much love to them ❤"
