"There's only 1 pharmacist and 1 technician running the entire pharmacy, so be patient. I always find it best to call in refills ahead of time or drop off and pick up the next day. The customer service is great and in my case, the cash price for meds at Costco is usually cheaper than going through my insurance."

"So like if you need cheap generics. I guess it's not terrible. But wow. Filling a normal months meds here for convenience (of buying milk down the aisle) vs. Publix pharmacy. I swear there wasn't a single medication that looked the same as the month prior. Naturally, you wanna stick to medicine that looks familiar to you, but they don't give a damn. They just tell you they bought their medication wholesale and can't change it. Then they tell you we don't have it, don't know when we'll get it, it could take 10 days... and it's there like the 2 days later. So they don't work with you, they're stubborn with their preferences on generics (at the expense of your health), and idk if they know what they're talking about (or doing).... I've asked other pharmacies if I can have the same brand generic every month, no big deal. It's part of the system for ordering the medicine. Idk why they treat you like this. But your stuck with whatever they give you. The generic binders and fillers all break down differently. They don't care. All meds are working either too weak, too strong, all at once, one barely works at all, another doesn't last as long as it usually does, etc.... But I guess they're busy so I'll give them 1 star... Even then you're playing with people's health and lives in spite of the labor involved with doing your job.... I'd put 0 stars if I could, just cause of the experience with the pharmacist. Only buying groceries here, not pharmacy medicine for future reference. Please go to Publix or some place with customer service standards if you can afford it. It's a mess... Lord have mercy. Tl;dr: don't go here, it's miserable"

"Prescrition was called by the surgeon as soon as I got out of surgery. 4 hours later I went to pick it up and they said it would be ready in 30 min. I went to get the groceries and came back 45 min later only to find out they still had not started working on it. I was instructed to wait 20 more min. 30 min later they asked if I had insurance and now they have to call the insurance company to verify it which took them another 20 min!!! Already frustrated and in pain (from the surgery), I had to leave the groceries since I was also running late to pick up my son from school!!! To make things worst, when I got home, one of the prescriptions didn’t have directions (Take as directed!!!). Ughhhhh. There were other people also frustrated about their wait time and this is not the first time I had to wait for a prescription there but it will definitely be the last because never again will I use Costco Pharmacy!"

"The pharmacist called around and found the meds I needed at a much lower price than I have been paying elsewhere. She I'd so nice and helpful."
