"Can't believe this exists! A pharmacy dedicated only to pets! Was so simple and easy to use. I emailed my script over and the next day it was delivered to my door! Everything was done through text! Decided to check out the location for the refill and picked up my order. The staff was so amazing and friendly! The cleanest pharmacy I've ever been in! My dog was so excited to go with as well! He ended up getting a treat and a toy! These people truly care about your animal. And then to learn I could have the medication flavored and made into a chew treat! This is just amazing!"

"I was excited to try this company of which I was referred to by my Veterinarian. She called in the prescription for my dog last Wednesday, August 30th. I got a text from Mixlab to pay, which I did promptly. They were very pleasant on the phone. They said I would receive the pills on Thursday or Friday the very latest. My dog was supposed to start these pills right away on Thursday, but there was nothing I could do. Friday night I still did not receive her pills. I called Mixlab to see where the pills were. All they would say is I should get them on Saturday or at worst, maybe TUESDAY! Then as I learned more, they got lost in Tennessee . (by the way, I live in Florida, and I just now found out this company is in Florida!!!!) I would of driven there if I knew that. Tuesday came and went!!!! My Vet called last night and said they got the prescription at their office and I should come & pick it up. (It was supposed to be delivered to my home) I got up very early to drive 45 minutes the opposite way of work so I would not be late. When I got there, they said I didn't pay for the pills and had to pay again. This is so ridicules! Instead of working right now, like I should be, I getting this nightmare off my chest. I should say after several calls to Mixlab to complain in great detail, someone did call me back. She said she would return my money and that my package is still lost in the mail. After all the stress my dog & I had been through (my blood pressure, after my doctor told me I should be careful not to get stressed, is through the roof), I told her I would like $100- for all the new issues her company is putting me through and causing me to experience. $100- is not going to make or break me, but it would go a long way with good will for this calamity. They said no, all they could do is give me a $20- credit on the next purchase. AS IF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My worst enemy is the ONLY one I would wish this experience on!"
