"I was shamed and given attitude by staff for not spaying my cat sooner. My cat gave birth to one kitten and I was worried there was more and in my time of extreme stress they were acting angry and shaming me despite me already going through it. They don’t know anything personal about my situation… and what if I wanted to her to have kittens? They were extremely rude and I don’t want to work with these people anymore. Do your job and don’t give your customers attitude for circumstances you don’t understand on a deeper level. I was worried to stick up for myself or else they wouldn’t give me a discount or they wouldn’t help me or something. I don’t know how they can ever treat a customer that way who’s paying them. This was over a year ago at this point but never forgot."

Everyone from Kris at the front desk to the techs to the vet are beyond amazing. They treat my dogs as if they were their own and always call to check up on them when they are sick.I wish I could give them 10 stars."

"I was referred to The Falls Animal Clinic by my neighbor and what a great recommendation ! The doctor is phenomenal and the support staff are awesome. I love that it's a small, privately owned business. You can tell everyone truly cares. My dog is always anxious going to the vet. Dr. Baquero is so patient and calm when dealing with my puppy she takes away all his anxiety . The price is affordable and the care is exceptional!! If anyone is looking for a veterinarian give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!"
