CVS Pharmacy

"I had a vaccine appointment scheduled for one month. On the day of, one hour prior to the scheduled appointment time, I get a call from the pharmacy to tell me they don’t have the vaccine in stock. When I asked why they waited until the morning of to tell me, they said “because the appointments don’t come through until the day before.” Horrible system that makes ZERO sense."

"The pharmacy hold time is rediculous. 20 minutes on hold is very unprofessional. Had to wait to call in a rx for a patient. Then the pharmacist hung up on me!!! Wow!!"

"Rude, impatient and incompetent staff. Sadly, the manager is no better. How is it I have to inform them of medications they carry or manufacture and I don't even work there. My Daughter's PCP sent a script 4 times and they "never" received it (I saw proof of electronic transmittal and receipt on dr.s computer). Also, was told script was ready. Went to pick said script (FINALLY) and only one of two was ready. I offered to wait and they told me it would take too long. Left with that one to my house and as soon as I pull into my driveway receive a call my other script is ready. They are truly clueless."

"If I can give this pharmacy a 0 star rating I would. I went to pick up my medication and they gave it to me in powder form. It was never mixed. My son's health could have been at risk if I wasn't familiar with the medication to begin with. The Manager acted as if my son's health wouldn't be at risk but what if I would have mixed it incorrectly and overdosed my child? This was a horrible expierence. My 1st and last time coming here. I'm sticking to walgreens."

"The pharmacy staff there is the absolute best that I have ever experienced!! They have awesome helpful attitudes that make it a pleasure to go to that pharmacy. My son is always sick unfortunately and they make sure they do everything possible to make sure we are not waiting long for his medications. I don't live in that area anymore but I still go there for their great customer service."
