"A Nightmare Experience at Walgreens - Avoid at ALL Costs! I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Walgreens location at Bonita Beach RD and US 41, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and undertrained the staff at this particular store are. It truly boggles the mind. Let's start with the so-called "pharmacist" who, instead of providing the necessary service and expertise, decided to take it upon themselves to play doctor. Not only did they contact my actual physician to argue over a standard dose of a non-narcotic steroid, but they also wasted both my doctor's and my own precious time. It's mind-boggling to witness such arrogance and incompetence in the medical field. To add insult to injury, after all the back and forth, this so-called "pharmacist" had the audacity to flat out refuse to fill my prescription. Can you believe it? I was left empty-handed and frustrated, all because this Walgreens location couldn't get their act together. In stark contrast, the CVS across the street proved to be a breath of fresh air. They had no trouble accommodating the dose that Walgreens found so challenging. It's almost comical how one pharmacy can handle things smoothly while the other flounders in its own incompetence. I must emphasize that this experience was a first for me. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and ineptitude at any other pharmacy before. If you have any love or care for your family and friends, I urge you to steer them away from this particular Walgreens location. Spare them the frustration, wasted time, and potential harm that can come from dealing with such a disaster of a pharmacy. In conclusion, save yourself the headache and avoid this Walgreens location at ALL COSTS. There are plenty of other options out there that can provide the expertise, professionalism, and respect that you deserve as a customer. Don't subject yourself or your loved ones to this nightmare of a pharmacy."

"I am rating purely on the high quality pharmacists here. These are Doctors people. They know more about drugs than your family care doctor and usually they have to call your doctor to find out why they are trying to mix your meds. The schooling they go through is very demanding and very expensive. Yes there are long lines inside and the drive through. Please be patient as these folks are here to help you. I don’t work for Walgreens. I do stand in line with the snowbirds and hear them complaining that the line is long. Why stand in line when I can go to one that doesn’t have a line? These are the best pharmacists around. It’s worth standing here waiting my turn since I know I will be treated with respect and my meds will be correct."
