"I don’t know what I would’ve done if I had not found Dr. Burkett. My dog was struggling for years and has seen many vets with no resolution. I felt confident about Dr. Burketts treatment plan after my initial visit and my instincts were right! We still have a long way to go before my Lilly is fully healed but she is way more comfortable than she’s ever been! Thank you Dr. Burkett and his lovely staff for taking such good care of my baby"

"This is a tricky one for me. First I will say the office staff is pleasant and professional. The dr., like others in the medical field, while not unkind, wasn't the type for easy conversation. I guess some would say reserved. I have a couple of concerns and that's what makes this review challenging. I was slow in getting the allergy serum once it was ready bc I live so far away. I finally opted to have it shipped. I think due to the holidays my request got overlooked but a simple phone call resolved that. My other concern bothers me a little more. When discussing the arranged allergy skin test, the doc never told me what materials they would test for and I didn't think to ask. The outcome is that Tucker was not tested for food allergies. We've had him on a special diet at the recommendation of our vet, but that's all based on assumption, not science. And since he's continued to suffer allergic reactions, I don't know if he is or isn't allergic to beef. Frustrating....the only solution would be to risk introducing meat products but is that wise since we are injecting doses of environmental allergens? Simply stated, testing for food allergens as well as environmental would have answered these questions definitively. I feel as lost as I did the day we went there."

"Dr. Burkett is very stuck up. Barely looks at you to greet you. Very rude. Theres a receptionist there named Ashley shes very passive aggressive. With a little smile she gives you an attitude. She gets mad at you for not understanding her, but in reality she doesnt know how to explain things clearly. When she explains things its all over the place. Then gives you an attitude. Really disliked my experience there."

"Went to Dr. Burkett for an allergy exam on my cat. They told me when I got there that they could not do an allergy exam because he was too young. Therefore they did a skin scrape to check for mites and found none. I spent $300 for them to scrape my cats fur and give me a flee preventative. Biggest waste of money I have ever seen."

"Pleasant enough doctor and office staff, but 215$ to tell me they can't freeze growth because it's too big. I could have sent a picture to him and been told that. After my initial survey response the vet responded referencing my "cat" and what I said about the assessment needed. In fact I don't have a cat but rather a dog. Second what I said is the other vet wanted to see if it was possible to freeze this off vs surgery given my dog's age or is it too big. My askwas could you not simply look at a picture to seeifot was too large. Finally the cost for the 15 minute exam to say yes it's too big was 50% of what the actual surgery cost. When you know most people do not have insurance for pets this cost vs effort seems out of line"
