"Was here last Tuesday with our sick little pup. Everyone here from the receptionist up to the doctor were so warm and caring. We left there feeling confident that Raven had been checked over thoroughly and had a good treatment plan. So glad that we have these people and this facility in our area."

"The staff at this hospital from the first time I called until we left were wonderful. We sadly had to make the decision to say goodbye to our sweet girl after 14 years, a decision that breaks any pet parents heart. Kaitlyn and Shelley were so caring and kind and made sure we had all the time we needed to say our last goodbyes. They were so gentle with her when they took her out of the room and brought her back in so we could be with her in her final moments. We are so glad that we took our baby to this hospital and will be forever grateful to the staff for helping us find comfort during such an heartbreaking time and for giving us such a peaceful way to say goodbye."

"We had to take our 15 yr old baby boy in at midnight the day after Thanksgiving. I couldn't believe how sweet and attentive the staff was that night, how amazing and informative they were, yet so heartfelt, how upfront the Doc was with us the whole way thru, letting us make the right decision on our own. I couldn't recommend a better place. And then this week, we get a greeting card in the mail signed by all of their staff... If I could make them my primary Vet, they would be it!"

"My cat Jimmie’s been really sick,so I took him to the veterinary Emergency clinic. Everybody was very supportive I was hoping it was something minor but they found a tumor on his liver and was anemic.I had him for 14 years and he’s never been sick or to the vet.Out of nowhere he took a turn for the worse.I heard what I didn’t want to hear from the vet. This had to be the hardest decision ever for me to put him down but it was the right thing to do I didn’t want him to suffer anymore.I never felt such heartbreak like this in my life.Thank you veterinary emergency clinic for being there."
