"If I could give it zero stars I would. I finally found a vet at a VCA that I liked. No frills. Well I have a problem with my old dog. They got rid of the Dr that I liked and now no one will even answer a question without me making an appt to come in. It's all about the almighty dollar. My dog will suffer again tonight because they won't just answer a damn question. All I need to know is what can I give her for an upset stomach due to the pain meds shes on. It's so sad that money overrides the concern of our animals. Would someone at this company please call my pharmacy so I can get my pets medication. This is so bad."

"Everyone one here is so nice and helpful from the moment you walk in! Dr. Rubin and Angela truly made sure my girl had everything she needed. They took the time to insure all my questions were answered, and then some!!"

"If you really love your pets. Do t take them here. My Dog need it a surgery She is in pain. So I call them this morning. Because this is her primary care giver place. And they want to schedule. Her until Nov 15 Lady at the desk will you let your daughter. Stay in pain???! For over a month"

"I love this place & all the workers, but my favorite of course is Dr Brown. If he is not working then I don't take my 2 great danes Chloe a rescue & Hercules my Service Dog, also our sons dog old man Haas for check ups. I'm sure there all good he just does large animals for where my love it and he is definitely the best. Thank you office Manager and Staff for always treating us like family that's huge when it comes to your fur babies especially when one is a Certified Service Dog. Yall are the best!"

"I brought my Norwegian Forest Cat, Abby, here after not being able to get her an appointment at the Vet where she was an ESTABLISHED cat patient until almost 2 weeks later! I explained it was an emergency basis and CS would not take her like I said until almost 2 weeks later. I called VCA Deland and they said I could bring her in the next day! I was very relieved! Unfortunately, my kitty cat was very, very sick (hence, the emergency) and the two vet techs I dealt with, Erin and Henry were absolutely wonderful! Erin made all the arrangements for my Abby to go to Blue Pearl. I didn't have to do a thing but show up with my kitty cat. BTW, Blue Pearl was awesome as well. Both places took the time, the patience, the caring demeanor to explain what was going on with my kitty (13 years old). And, knowing I was just keeping her comfortable for her remaining time, I called VCA to find out what I could do after she passed. They were there for me to deal with this very excruciating heartbroken time! Dr. Friedman was great, but I can't say enough about Erin and Henry! They were there for me and let me cry, cry, cry. They knew Abby was so important to me and I appreciate them taking the time to understand my pain and grief. I so appreciate both your kindness and caring nature! Don't ever lose this wonderful trait that is so needed and welcomed in a pet owner's worst hours. Thank you!"
