"Our dog went in there happy and not bleeding. He came out with the worst haircut and was bleeding. Never again, this place has gone down hill badly. They have a female gm and she doesn't care about customers, all she does is stick up for her employees. You bring your dog to the back of the store and they see you standing there, they just keep talking to each other and make you wait and wait. When they finally do come out they have no manners or social skills, moving like snails and answering their cell phones before helping customers. Never again."

"I had a very bad experience with one of the managers there. I purchased a Fish Tank and some fish. She thought I was putting the fish in the new tank. I told her I wasn't and she's still proceeded to tell me. I cannot put these fish in that tank and if I don't like their policy. I can go elsewhere and take my business somewhere else. And it's very upsetting because we've been going there ever since they opened."

"My pups are mix breeds different hair types different sizes and there was no choice for them to get better price for grooming also I asked for simple bathing nail trim and saw online 1 price and was charged almost 3 times that I just came back to edit as I believe my dog possibly got bacterial ear infections after the visit as they did an ear wash after I had stated not to they infact did many things I asked not I asked to clip not grind the dog nails they told me they used the grinder I asked them to not blow dry as my senior dogs had never that service and both dogs don't like the sound of a vacuum so I knew it would be traumatic. the day we had the appointment it was warm."

"I hate to give the store too bad of a rating because it really wasn't the store's fault it was one employee. I had placed an online order and I didn't want to have to drive 45 minutes back to pick it up so I asked if my order was ready and he said how long has it been I said 30 minutes he said well there's no way it is ready yet didn't even say well let me go check for you or anything. And he just left it at that and then another young lady immediately came up and asked me my name and my order number and checked it and it actually had come through. The cashier that did not want to help was named Jeff. unfortunately I did not see the name of the young lady But employees is what makes the business so if you have a bad cashier they are reflecting upon your business"

"Nice dog washing station plenty of parking outside as it is part of a strip mall set up. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The store is laid out nicely and is always in order and clean.. Prices like all other pet supply chains are a little high, however the overall shopping experience is nice.. I was a little disappointed that they do not have a full spectrum dewormer for cats or dogs available.."
