"Bad service if any at all.evertime I go to fill my pain meds they say they don't fill any at this store there are rude pharmacy workers & over priced otc meds.i don't recommend this store if you want good quality service or medicine filled with insurance. This is a bias cvs that doesn't believe in patient health or filling any narcotic meds Warning do not come here!"

"Waited 25 minutes in the pharmacy drive through for just 2 cars ahead of me. Would suggest that for requests that cannot be fulfilled right away that the customer be asked to come inside store or drive around..... \nAll in all I am strongly considering moving to a different pharmacy accross the road as this was an unacceptable wait.."

"Very unpleasant yesterday I had to see how a client asked for help to find an over-the-counter medicine for her, she brought her box of medicines and said that she wanted the same one and that they help her because she could not see and the cashier scanned the box and told her the price and the lady told him to help her look for it at the counter to buy it and the cashier alone made a mistake and believed that the lady had taken the medicine without paying and went after her and they returned together and the lady told her that she had brought it from his house that he wanted to buy this medicine that I am showing him that it is mine and it is mine I brought it from my house it is mine I need help I cannot see I need you to help me look for this to buy it and the cashier gets angry I am alone in the whole store and I can't help you I don't know what happened after they stayed there. but in a very bad way that cashier the time was like 1:30 pm on April 25"

"Staff does not seem to have the same accurate information about Covid booster vaccines and flu shots as shown on the CVS website. I was very disappointed and will not return to the CVS Pharmacy on 66th Street."

"Inconsistent service. Not a 24 hour store, constantly understaffed, do not even bother bringing a controlled rx there. They always make up some story how they are out. Fair at best for a CVS"
