"We had to put down our beloved 13 year old Sharky. It was an incredibly hard decision to make and there were not many places with same day openings. This location was so sweet and attentive. Once we confirmed they had an appointment and it was time to give my information, I couldn't even give my full name due to the overwhelming feeling of grief, they told me just to bring our boy over. Once we got there they treated him with care and love. The staff and the doctor were compassionate and explained the whole process in detail to us. The staff made this extremely stressful and painful process manageable."

"The very best care we have ever received for our dog. We just moved here, but will be life long supporters of this hospital. My Frenchie had a hematoma and ear infection. I went in, expecting him to need another pricey surgery and extensive care... Which had always been our experience at a vet's office. So I came prepared to spend a lot of money to make sure my guy was alright, and already had it in my head that they would do surgery. Upon arrival, my Steve was treated like a celebrity. Everyone was so so kind, personable and welcoming. He had a thorough exam, with every possible concern looked at. Much to my surprise, my dog didn't need another surgery or pricey overnight stay for care. The vet provided the necessary medication for his infection and care instructions for the hematoma. I am happy to report that thanks to their advisement, he is healed up! His hematoma ear healed on its own and his infection has cleared up. It didn't cost me hundreds. It didn't require extensive care. The whole experience was perfect. Steve has never looked better, and VCA did everything possible to get him on the road to recovery."
