"A negative review is my only recourse for the way I was treated by this office. The unprofessional attitude of those answering the phones was my first clue. I know everyone is short-staffed right now so I didn't let that reflect on the Dr at first. I had to call 4-5 times to follow-up after my PCP sent a referral. The Dr was on vacation. Then he was reviewing my file. Finally, 2 months later they scheduled an appointment for Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and Epstein Barr Virus. (mind you I'm sick without treatment the entire time) When I got to the appointment, they didn't have my records together so I waited a while. Finally the Dr told me he felt the RMSF was a false positive and that there was no treatment or hope for EBV. No follow-up blood work to verify his suspicions, nothing. I should have never been scheduled for this appointment and been made to pay a $50 co-pay if this was the sentiment. There are reputable Dr's that know how to treat Epstein Barr. If you were not one of them, I should have been told before the appointment. I've been through enough with my health to have to go through such a traumatic experience. No compassion and no accountability. I hope this review makes you rethink how you're operating your business!"
