Pet Paradise Wesley Chapel

"We decided to give pet paradise another try. The website states with the VIP package that the dog is suppose to receive a bath. We came to pick our dog up and she did not receive a bath. They said that would be an additional 30 min. I had to go to work so this was very inconvenient. This is not cheap to stay here for the price you’re advertising and the amenities I expect it to be top notch. Also to add they advertise a TV. The T.V. In the room was functioning a 1/4 of the time which I witnessed on the monitor. When we asked some sort of discount because this we were denied. My two stars are given to the staff that spent time with my dog when we were concerned about her. But 0 stars for the establishment."

"I absolutely love taking my 2 dogs to Pet Paradise. Our dogs are always happy to be there. The app makes it very convenient to book exactly what services we are needing. The staff is extremely nice and respectful at Wesley Chapel. The cameras and report cards are an awesome additive. I love using the Wash n Go service so my dogs come home clean and happy. The only issue I have is when calling the phone number for the location it transfers you to a call center instead of the local office. I would prefer to speak directly with the center. I called to adjust my reservations this week and the times were incorrect due to the call center not putting the correct time zone which posed an issue for me with pick up."

"Definitely recommend. I read all the reviews of every boarding facility around and Pet Paradise won. Was able to visit and see the facility beforehand and ask all the questions. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. I ultimately chose Pet Paradise because of the webcam on the app. We were in Europe and the fact that I could go on the app and see Archie playing with new friends was everything. I wouldn’t board without the webcam. And that’s because I miss my son when we are away, not because I think he would be mistreated. They even called to see if everything was fine with his stay. Also it was cheaper than I expected. Great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"My boyfriend and I bring our puppy here a few times a month and we are very please with both the staff and the facility! Our puppy, Revan, is 5m at the moment and they always make a big deal over him giving him lots of love. Revan can be a bit shy and they are really great and letting him relax and calm down and come into group time when he is ready. The staff has great communication, and you can tell they enjoy their job. The facility is beautiful in both the lobby and dog area. We also like that there are cameras in the facility as we like checking up on him. Once we even caught Revan sitting in the lap of an employee taking a nap which was heartwarming. Thank you guys for all you do :)"

"Our dog, Diesel, loves this place! Whenever we go away we always board him at Pet Paradise! Staff is super attentive and sweet and they always remember Diesel and Diesel runs right to them! We have total confidence that we are leaving our fur baby in a safe, fun, competent environment! Do not hesitate to board your fur baby at Pet Paradise!"
