"Well, I finally figured out why this pharmacy is so bad....The pharmacy manager Louis. A staff will always take on the personality of their leader. They never seem to get the prescriptions right, find the coupon for the meds I have had for 3 years, or even say hello to a long line of customers. The staff is so depressing and unhappy they project that onto the customers. Today was no exception. Even after all the mistakes on their side, the suggestion from the manager was to find a new pharmacy. Great idea, Louis, I guess I will...thanks for the push. It's really too bad that corporate does not look at these reviews."

"Worst pharmacy ever . Constantly have to wait for all my meds including my kids . Had 2 scripts sent over at the same time & when I went to pick up next morning only one was ready & they told me I’d have to wait another hour or so for my other one . Suppose to have one auto filled every month at the same time & they never seem to have it ready for the time I come pick it up . Never had so many issues with a cvs until I transferred to this one ."

"Horrible service. Been out of meds for 2 weeks. The prescription was called in on the 6th the 22nd. I called in a week ago tryimg to find out what the issues was and was told it was on hold because and the pharmacist needed to look at it. A week later still no meds. This is not the 1st time this has happened."

"We use this CVS for almost everything so I didn’t think twice about taking a medication there for my dog. When we dropped it off to get filled we were told the medication would be 121$ thinking that’s insane I had them fill it because I knew I could get a coupon from good rx to lessen the cost. I go back the next day to pick it up and was asked if I knew the price to which I replied “yes but I have a coupon that will bring the price down” they took my phone they had the good rx coupon on it and put it into the system then come to tell me good rx won’t accept the coupon I asked why and was told “because this is a rx for a pet” I proceeded to let them know that per goodrx faqs, customer service and general information as long as it’s a human medication it doesn’t matter that it’s prescribed for a pet. The only issue would be if the medication was a controlled substance (which it is was not) and then at that point they would need a DEA number from the prescribing doctor. All they could tell me was good rx wasn’t accepting it and they already gave me a discount. At that point I requested to have the original rx slip given back to me I was gonna go to another pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy across the street and simply asked if they could fill it his prescription and what the monthly cost would be. She checked if it was in stock and proceeded to tell me they could fill it and it would be 45$ a month. I was utterly shocked. This particular medication is a life saving medication not only for my dog but also humans. I can’t believe that a pharmacy as well known as CVS gave me such a hassle with getting this filled and told me a line about good rx not accepting the coupon. Buyer beware do your research and shop around."

"Tried calling to see if I had a prescription ready, was put on hold multiple times without warning, had to give my personal info to 3 folks (as different associates picked up each time I came back off hold). Every associate was brusk and made me feel rushed. Will find another pharmacy."
