"I am giving them a 5-star, because they are committed to quality customer service. The night before, they had to close down due to a lightning strike. Then, the next day, their computer system shutdown and they had to reboot. I observed the staff. With all the challenges they were faced with, they worked well together seeking solutions to help each customer. They were apologetic, friendly, professional and kept a cool head. Kudos to everyone! They deserve recognition!"

"I just need to tell you the Service I get at the CVS in Wildwood is PERFECT! I recently changed over from a competitor that starts with W and I knew the service was not good but didn't realize how bad it was until I made the switch. Jeremy did a great job today and Kitty is the BEST of the BEST! Your computer system is light years ahead of your competitors. When you say a prescription is ready to be picked up it is. I hate to say how many times I was mislead by your competitor saying a script was ready when it was not. The folks at the Wildwood store need to be commended on their outstanding service. It is great EVERY time."

"This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I have requested all my prescription to be transferred to them. I’ve been in several times to pick up my prescriptions and every time I have to leave because they have not transferred them and they tell me I have to come back the next day because they are too busy to fill it while I wait!!! They need more help and some braining on customer service. If my prescriptions are not transferred this next time I am going back to Walgreens."
