"I waited over 6 months for my first appointment. I got sick the day before so I had my spouse drive me. I forgot my drivers license which was my fault but there was no mercy. I asked if I could get them pictures of it? No. Could my spouse show theirs? No. Can my son drive it to me? No, it’s 10 minutes past their grace window of 15 minutes. We live 25 minutes away. There was no one in the waiting room and no matter how I tried to make it work, it was a No and the front desk staff told me I couldn’t even make a follow up appointment because the doctor I chose is leaving in 3 months so I was just out of luck. I get that organizations need to have policies and procedures but there is no understanding or mercy to allow someone to bring it to me or have them sent digitally. They don’t keep the actual license so they are just digitalizing it anyway. My name, date of birth, and photo will all match."

"I really like my doctor, that is the ONLY good thing about this office. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone by phone, there is no reliable patient portal and, when I asked them about email, I was told that it was for personal use only. One wonders what they do all day, just talk to friends and surf the internet? Staff there is rude, uncaring, not interested, uninformative and generally makes you feel like you are just a nasty interruption in their day (emailing friends and family??). As much as I like my doctor it is time to look for another doctor. It's not her, it's the HORRIBLE staff."
