"Been coming here for 3-4 years. The doctors and Practitioners are great, and I have had nothing but positive interactions with Dr. Ly and Carly Jones. The reception service however, has always lacked. I’ve never been able to get someone to call me back after I’ve left a message, and they seem to frequently over book causing long waits in the lobby."

"Please don’t waste your time going to this medical office it’s a joke. I had been coming for over two years and was never able to see Dr. Ly until my last visit with him today. They did not have record of me coming in to this office for my last visit. He got frustrated with me when I told him this. and instead of double checking kicked me out of his clinic said he recommends another clinic for me, while ironing the door furious. He was very rude although I was so respectful with him. My advice is there are better doctors out there. don’t waste your time with this fake and unorganized doctor/medical clinic."

"Terrible unprofessional clinic. If you need a clinic for your immigration USCIS medical, avoid them at any cost, they will delay your case, charge you wrong and ask for more money after they realize they screw up on the blood exams and vaccines actually required, total amateurs. My wife papers now are delayed thanks to their mistakes. Don't get fooled by the nice reviews, me and my wife did the biggest mistake to trust them and chose this terrible clinic. Stay away"

"Doctors listen and are able to get you in if needed. Make sure you check that they take your insurance even up to the day of your appointment. Went there for over two years and come in for an appointment to learn my insurance was no longer taken there. No mention of this prior when I booked or before my arrival. Called my open access insurance and they stated they would pay and that I only have a $25 copay, but no my options were to pay out of pocket or cancel. No consideration for my time was given."

I often see complaints about office staff at other doctor’s offices but I have to say everyone there is truly great. I’ve never had a bad interaction with any of the staff. I highly recommend."
