"MILTARY VETERAN REVIEW: Wish I would have seen these comments before I went to this place. My comments fall in line with everyones else regarding the bill!!! The bills after the appointment are very expensive. Even with good government insurance. Still receiving bills. Almost One Grand later between this place and the place they recommend me to... No surgery, No labs just a basic 20 minute look down my throat... One Grand in the hole with no results."

"The only reason i came here is because of David . tall doctor... I did a review before and gave this place a 1 because of the front staff and being here from 11am until 330pm and the nonchalant attitude but I'm going to tell you this gentlemen mr. David is amazing he's the reason why I'm giving it 5 stars now he was so great with my five-year-old as well as my eleven-year-old on two different occasions thank you mr. David"

"Only 1 star because I can't give 0. Do NOT go to FL Hospital if you have a choice and question everyone who comes into your room while you are there. On top of the $60K hospital bill, every doctor who walks past your room will bill you on top of that separately. I'm still getting bills from doctors I'm pretty sure I never saw, but Florida Hospital physicians group will bill you for every one who walked past your door. They won't explain what services were provided, they won't talk to you on the phone, and they send you to collections when you haven't paid even when they won't explain what service was provided. Total scam! Somebody needs to investigate whats happening there."

"The most convoluted billing process imaginable. Both myself and my insurance called to obtain the bill for an auto accident about a month after the incident, nearly a year later they have sent my bill to collections and continue to insist that I've recieved communications from them when they've had the incorrect address for months. All of this could have been paid for and resolved 6 months ago if they had cooperated and sent the bill to my insurance the first time it was requested instead of treating me with hostility now because a bill is unpaid when it could have been so easily dealt with."

"When ever one of my family members or myself have to go to Florida Hospital, we go to Carrollwood since it is close to us. The staff there is excellent. Courtesy, smiling faces, taking time to actually listen and understand your needs. All have a great sense of humor and make you calm."
