It's a couple of blocks from Ocean, in a peacefully built neighborhood, with sidewalks.. the blueberry, banana muffin was yummy and my husband had avocado toast with sunny eggs. We each enjoyed Chai tea latte, mine cold, his hot. Friendly service and so clean! The price for the items, listed above.. was 34.00! Have your wallet ready. $ Enjoyable, nonetheless. I took photos.
