"When I dropped off my Yorkie for full service at 10am they said it would be at least 3 to 5 hours. That was ok. But 7 hours later the groomer called and said my dog had been bathed but she needed to leave to pick up kids. I was offered bring her back the following morning for the rest of the service and I may have done had they called me earlier to let me know they weren't going to be able to groom her. But to keep her until 5 pm before calling me?..... Grooming appointments are already somewhat stressful for her. I read a few negative reviews that mentioned their dogs had been extremely thirsty when they picked them up. That was the case with my dog too, so I doubt she had water in the time she was there. I won't go there again and I did let them know at that time. Oh, and they did charge me for the bath."
