"Can I select less than one star? They don’t answer phones, they repeatedly cancel appointments, and their computer system goes down for several days at a time. Totally unreliable. Now I have to reschedule my appointment with my doctor 3 weeks later!!"

"I tried to take an online patient survey but get a 404 error so that was not an option. I had a great experience today with two of my three procedures. I was quickly and professionally handled for my first two procedures. I was pleasantly surprised because often I wait at least 30 minutes to an hour to be seen and thought I would actually complete my visit without too much waiting. I was taken to a seat in the hall to wait for my third procedure. When I sat down there was not a patient in the procedure room, just the technician, and within a few minutes two employees joined their coworker in the room and shut the door. I could hear them complaining about office procedures etc. I let them talk for literally 30 minutes and finally knocked to find out when I would be seen. This was from 2:00 to 2:30, a time when you would expect to have patients. One employee was sitting on the procedure table. The other employee said they did not realize I was out there (even though I was sitting right outside the door when they walked in). And the technician just smiled as the other two walked out of the room and then proceeded to do the procedure without a word about my 30 minute wait. If this was the first time I had ever had to wait I would not have left this review but now I wonder if all the other times I had to wait was due to this kind of issue."

"I saw some one star reviews for this place and don’t understand why. I had an MRI performed on my hand, I came in from out of town because Dr. Amin is an expert on MRI imaging. From start to finish, my experience was amazing. Renee was so sweet and kept me relaxed during the MRI. The facility was clean, beautiful and much better than other radiology centers I have been to. The complaints regarding referrals etc are the insurance companies’ fault. Don’t know why people are blaming the center. I can only speak on my experience, 5 stars and I will be back if I have any other imaging needs in the future! Thank you CDC!"

"Today was my fourth visit to citrus diagnostic, after the first one I considered never going back. I checked in and was told we were a little behind maybe 20 minutes, two hours later, they still couldn’t tell me when I would be call back. Needless to say, I left, rescheduled for the next week. It was much better, quicker and professional everybody was courteous. Today I had a CT scan, there was some confusion about what time my appointment was, but the girl at the desk was very nice. When I came back to the CT room, Nikki and Sarah were there to take care of me. Great personalities! Good sense of humor, which is important! Jeff came in just before they started the scan, and he to was pleasant, personable and professional. No problems whatsoever and really like these girls!"
