"Horrible cashier! I believe her name was Stephanie. Needs better training, not only on the register but also with customer service! If I could give zero stars I would."

"I was in home depot the other day to buy a shed and a bag of cement. When I located an employee from garden center and asked for help, the employee rolled his eyes at me and shook his head as if I was bothering him. Then I asked him for help with the shed to which he said he would be right back. 20 mins later I went to find him at customer service playing around with the other employees and asked him if he had forgot about me. He responded with "yeah dawg I'll be back there". Another 15 minutes before help finally arrived. Next I went to get a bag of cement. I was unsure as to what kind of cement to use on my project so I asked the employee in lumber for help. The guy barely spoke any English and did not want to assist me. He kept pointing down the aisle telling me it's there. He would not be specific and just kept pointing me away. I was left to "find it myself". Horrible experience almost every time HOME DEPOT. I noticed that many employees there are not very knowledgeable of hardware or English. Will be taking business to Lowe's from now on. Thanks home depot for chasing off a long time customer."
