"Everytime I order food from this location they mess up my order, this time I got the wrong sandwich and my baked potato came with no sour cream or utensils.. my biggie bag had no chicken nuggets or sauces in it.. I used to work at a Wendy’s a few years back the job is not that hard, just goes to show incompetent people are working at this location"
"Have been twice and have gotten the wrong item both times. The only thing that is correct when I come here is the drink that I make. Would not recommend this Wendy’s go to the one north in homestead."
"This place is ok...not my go to place for a quick snack but when near by I stop in for a quick bite. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food isn't that good...fresh that is sometimes...best to go early afternoon during the lunch run... otherwise ure getting left over food that isn't fresh. The place isn't that clean...wouldn't eat in. The drink area is not organized or clean. One time there weren't even stocked up. Had to return to the counter and ask for a lid and straw for my drink. Tables were not wiped down, floor was not swept clean, drink area had water on the floor....just not cleaned during my visit..."
"No one in line and 7mins before someone took our order. Another 16 mins before we got our food. Only 2 kinds of soft drinks worked. No napkins or supplies. Plenty of workers, just not taking care of business."
