"I've been coming here for 3 years now. Never had any issue with either the doctors or any of the nurse practitioners. They are all great. The staff, however is another story. I have to call every month and have a prescription written out for me to pick up. Never once have I had to call less than 3 times. Usually it is 5 or 6 times before someone will finally get it done and call me back. This has been going on for several years. I usually start calling a week or so before my script is due so that I will have it in time. Yesterday I saw one of the doctors for an acute issue at 8 in the morning. He said he would send the medication to the pharmacy right away. I went to the pharmacy about 45 minutes later and it wasnt there. I called and the front desk sent me to voice mail. That was around 9:30. I called again at 11:30 because the pharmacy still didn't have it. The first person went to transfer me and hung up on me. I called right back and talked to Laura who transferred me right in the middle of me telling her what I needed. Voicemail again. I called back and after 27 minutes of being on hold, I used my son's phone to call again and surprisingly Laura picked right up.....mind you, I still had my phone in the other hand telling me that all associates are busy and my call would be answered as soon as possible. I would leave in a heartbeat if the doctors were not so good. They just really need to find a staff more qualified than most of the ones they have."
"Zero stars is not an option. And sorry this may be a bit long winded. I have used this office as my Primary Care for over 10 years, and when I needed medical attention for a knee injury I came here. After seeing Doctor Nall (who is about the only person I can speak positively about at this office), she gave me prompt and adequate medical attention and ordered testing for infection. I never hear back from the office after this and assume all is well and the swelling will eventually go away. Fast forward a few days and I get admitted to the hospital with a septic infection in my knee which required immediate surgery. Now that I'm recovering, I attempted to get the results back from this medical office about my tests wondering why on earth this wasn't caught sooner and prevented. They don't have them. And after much pestering I'm told by their nursing staff that and I quote, "We do a lot of paperwork around here and I'm not sure where it's at" and "I remember your visit and the person that was handling your paperwork didn't know how to do it. So I did it the next day." I was informed I would receive a call back once they "found" my results. Which I never did.. After calling again for my results a few days later, I was informed that their office that they not only postponed doing my paperwork and had misplaced it. But they had also not sent my samples in the proper containers and the lab had refused to test them because of that. I was not informed of this error and requested to come back for more testing. It was just discarded as non important I assume which seems to be a pretty horrible medical practice. Long story short,.. this office cares not one bit for your overall health. If I hadn't gone to the ER when I did, the infection very well could have ended up much worse and possibly even killed me..... Had they done everything correctly and in a timely manner I very well could have found out that my swollen knee was infected and started on antibiotics long before I was admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery. I still haven't heard back from this office regarding any of my paperwork or provided with any further information as to how this all happened. Needless to say I will be finding a new primary care physician. DON'T GO HERE."
"The people at the front desk are not good workers. I am generalizing because I get different ones each time I go. One set an appt after a visit I had in December, wrote time and date for January on a card for me, but when I had to change the date the beginning of January, they didn't even have me on their schedule at all. I had to make a new appointment, anyway. I was going to be late for an appt the other day by about 10 minutes. I was on hold on the phone for 25 minutes while driving there and still on hold when I arrived (10 minutes late). I still had to wait another 20-30 minutes to see the doctor. I called today to see about coming in with a bad cold, possible infection, so I pushed 1 to leave my name and a call back number after holding for a while. All that did was give me their old phone message mentioning Joyce Nichols (who has been gone a long time now) and asking me to hold or press 1 again. Not sure if I actually left a message for anyone or not. Very easy for them to call their own phone number from one of their cell phones to see how messed up their answering system is. And I have been in their before seeing them sitting there not on the phones, so where do our phone calls go? Seems to be plenty of people who could answer them. We have been going there for years. Ever since they built the new building, it has gone downhill."
"Was a walk in, when I got there at 2:20, they told me I was the only walk in waiting so I would be next. After 2 hours, I inquired and they told me the same thing. Minutes after, another customer walked up and inquired why she wasn't called back yet and she had only been there may be a total of 30 minutes and they told her the same lie that they told me which was I was next in line. They called her back within 5 minutes while I waited another hour to be seen. My dissatisfaction is with the way that they schedule their time and not the doctors or the staff themself. I was sick and this was the third week and it took all I could do to drag out of bed to go to the doctor's office and then to have to wait 3 hours was totally uncalled for when you're so sick. I am seriously thinking of changing doctors because this is the pattern even when you have an appointment but in all the years I have been there, I have never had to wait three hours as a walk in. This is my regular doctor's office that I have used for almost 30 years. I think they need to be a lot more considerate of their patients. Last year I also had an experience with them in December when I tried to get an appointment for 3 weeks, I finally went in and they told me they would not seem walk-ins that day even though it was clearly on their schedule that was printed on the outside of their office by their window that they took walk-ins on this particular day. So when I finally did get an appointment the doctor wanted to know why I waited so long to come in... Seriously like it was my fault I had waited 3 weeks. I had not been back in one year because of the treatment that I received at that time and today I went and I got the same treatment. My time is just as important as theirs even though I know that they cannot always say an appointment is going to be a certain time. They should be more considerate and find a solution for this problem"
"I’d like to say I am a very patient person. Last year when I became a patient here, I had to get some tests done. They asked if I would be okay if an intern did the tests to gain more experience. I was more than happy (as I was just done being an intern myself, I know what it’s like!) I get a call the next day saying the tests were not done correctly and I needed to go back and do them again. I was fine with it, I know the intern did her best. After getting my tests done for the second time, by a professional I might add, I get another call saying the tests were not done correctly and I needed to come back. I simply said I was just there yesterday and there might be a mix up. They didn’t add my visit to their file and apologized for the inconvenience. Now a year later, I give them a call yesterday about a refill and explaining my current situation. The first woman I spoke to on the phone was very rude and transferred me to someone else. They did not pick up the phone and I was forced to leave a voicemail. I called right when they opened, left all of my information, and I have still not heard back from them a day later. Their voicemail clearly states they will return calls the SAME DAY. Very bad costumer service and obviously shows little care for their patients. I looked over my shoulder about what happened a year ago, but now I wonder if this facility is just poorly run. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I am happily leaving."
