"The doctors here are so disrespectful, unprofessional and lack empathy. We were treated like a burden. I have several friends who have spoke of similar experiences at this ER. I also have a bill from over a year ago that keeps getting sent to my house even though they’ve said so many times that they ran it through my insurance. If I have a future emergency I will make the drive into Pensacola to avoid this place."

"I went in last night, and my nurse Cheyenne was sweetest, kindest nurse I've ever met. From the moment I met her, I've never had a nurse make me feel so comfortable right from the start, and I felt so understood the whole time. She was so patient with me and you could tell she cared. I'm an inspiring nurse myself and she is such an inspiration to me. You can tell she definitely loves what she does. I hope I'm able to make someone's day/night in the future the way she made mine."

"Heartbreaking how rude some of the staff is here. Specifically Cheyenne. People like her scare me in the medical field. I brought my father and we learned he was in hypothermia and organ failure. We didn’t know if he was going to make it. At one point I pulled a stool from under a sink and sat at my mothers feet trying to comfort her and Cheyenne came bursting into the room, told me to “get up and move!” And then said “stay over there! We are TRYING to be nice to y’all.” I was shocked seeings no one was even in the room except for us and this was a terrifying situation and my mom did not know if she was about to lose her husband. We were very respectful and didn’t get in the way and this place was empty so it’s not like they were crowded, in a rush, or anything. As a matter of fact most of the time staff stayed on their phones. If you have a serious emergency I would not at all Recommend this place. It takes a heart and a special kind of person to work in the medical field and deal with people who are in very vulnerable and unfortunately this facility does not have much of that."

"From walking in the door till leaving following treatment, it was a refreshingly superior experience. The entire team was first class: the receptionist, the check-in staff, the nurses, the techs, the facility, and especially Dr. Mekesa. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional -- should I ever need such services again, I won't hesitate to come to this location."

"Way faster than the hospital on Berryhill! I was checked in, seen, had an xray, results, and on my way within 2.5 hours. Becky and the blonde lady helping her were the best! The doctor and the old male nurse seemed like they had better things to do than see me and answer my questions about my broken foot. I’ve never had a broken bone and have absolutely no idea how to care for it or my splint until I see the Ortho next week. The doctor was with me less than 2 minutes and the nurse just didn’t care, and it was NOT busy."
