Sushi Sake South Beach

"he higher entree prices but it’s the beach so it’s expected. I hadn’t ordered extra sauces but they were delivered to my table outside and to be clear I was the only one seated outside. When I asked to move inside because it got too windy, I passed my server who asked me if I ordered the sauce and told him no. He proceeded to try and take the sauce away from me and told me well if you keep it I’m gonna have to charge you for it BOSS. First off I may be a boss but I’m not your boss and you shouldn’t be referring to your guests as “BOSS” it’s disrespectful and considered a term of endearment. The place is in a good location and the ambiance inside and out is nice. The food was great and the portions large. I’m a big guy and I didn’t finish it all. Although my bill was $50 and I only ordered 1 entree and small appetizer and no drink. The best part was the teriyaki? Sauce. The salmon was cooked nicely not too raw but not too done. Moist just right. I did not get a check back from my server. I felt like I was waiting a long time for my check. I would come back and give it another shot but I just don’t like how the server came across trying to charge me extra for sauces I didn’t even order. If you’re visiting best to get dropped off there’s virtually no parking on the street as it’s busy here so good luck."

"What a find! Hands down one of the best places in Miami. Everything tasted amazing, the flavours, the texture executed to perfection. Not just the food, Service is top class too. Cant beat the location. Check out the cute low seating option. The place has character and would definitely be back not just when I’m at south beach but will drive down when I crave soulful food with great ambience and excellent service. "All I can say is WOW!!! I’ve been to many sushi restaurants in Miami and this one takes the cake. Incredible vibes, friendly staff, 5 star service all around, overall a great experience at this new place in terms of atmosphere. The salmon nigiri was delicious, the fried rice was flavorful and great with the yum yum sauce and the volcano roll was the best in town. The price for what you get is unbeatable. Would definitely visit again. Thanks for the 5 star service!!!"
