"This place was great for over a year but the last two times, they knicked my dogs ears. I’m guessing they were rushing & I even informed them of the last time her ear was knicked yet it happened again. They do however do a great schnauzer haircut. The best. Unfortunately I will not return nor recommend this groomer bc of this issue that happened twice in a row. Also, the owner is extremely unprofessional when handling issues that arise such as this one."

"I dont even know where to start. I took my dog this morning at 10:18 AM. The lady at the front desk was training a new employee and was giving instructions on what to do/say. After I handed my dog to them, I asked at what time should I be passing by to pick her up, the lady start showing the board to the new girl where the times are at…and she tells the girl to tell me to pass by 2:30PM. Around 1:30 PM I called the place just to ask for an update and a rude as lady which it seems to be the owner answers the phone. I asked for an update, and she answers saying that My dog will be ready by 4:30-5:00 PM. So I start explaining to her that they told me to pass at 2:30 and she cuts me off and starts fighting to her employees in a really rude way. She doesnt even lets me talk and hangs up the phone on me. 10 minutes later, another employee calls me saying sorry saying that it was the new girls fault and that she made a mistake. I made sure to let her know that it wasnt the new girls fault and that it was the other employee who gave me the time. She got upset and tells me that shes the girl training the new girl. She starts talking to me in a rude way and i told her i was going to write a review and she answered saying “go ahead and write whatever you want, i will make sure to have it removed” . I was there at 230 and they did a horrible job. They cut all my dogs hair off when i even showed them the picture of what I wanted. We got home and my dog has been hiding under the pillows when shes usually a VERY active one. Im just really dissapointed on their customer service or services in general. Please read reviews before taking your dog somewhere. I started reading some reviews here after and theres not too many good ones."
