"Horrible experience and terrible customer service.. ordered 50 pounds of meat and my 3 dogs have had diarrhea since I started feeding , mind you I have never had this issue feeding raw !! So I message them for tips and tricks and pretty much told me I was on my own .. (very unprofessional) I also have 25 pounds that I clearly will not be able to use and they told me “NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS” very unhappy will never do business with people like them again .."
