Aquatic N Exotic Inc.

"3 in total tortoises and 2 of the 3 tortoise have died. Only 1 did the store, semi acknowledged and swapped with another sulcata. However when I purchased a red foot and told them I noticed similar symptoms of unhealthy tortoise prior to the 7 day notice and they refused to acknowledge and that same tortoise died 3 weeks later. Unfortunately Simba passed away yesterday. When we first got him I knew he sick with something voiced it to the Aquatic N Exotic store which we got him as well as Chompers and the first sulcata was ill as well that's when they gave us Chompers. However they insisted Simba was healthy from their end. We spent so much time trying to get him healthy and for a little bit it really did look change was happening he was moving around, interacting with us and finally eating. Within 48 hours he started going down hill faster than I had ever seen. When I say I tried everything I tried. One part im glad he isn't suffering anymore but equally I was so hopeful he was going to make it and he definitely had a very loving personality. To say he will be missed be our family is a huge understatement. The money, time spent, emotionally put in to these animals and this store took clear advantage I've spent around $800 at this store and was going to send people their way, after all this I say go somewhere even the internet and you'll have better odds."

"My fiancé and I have been going here for years. My fiancé bought his sudan plated lizard here 13 years ago and she is still doing amazing and is alive. We buy all her food and worms from here, as well as her tank stuff. We also have a 150 gal saltwater tank which is doing amazing thanks to aquatic n exotics testing our water for us. We’ve bought many saltwater fish from them and a couple of anemones and they all acclimated well to our tank. They always help us as soon as we walk in and are extremely nice people! I would definitely recommend to everyone(:"

"Best reptile and aquatics store ive seen in Florida by alot. Literally hundreds of reptiles. 2nd purchase made today as they were packing up a ton of reptiles for the Scales event. They were super busy and near closing yet multiple employees still took time to help us find what we were looking for and even look through all the animals they had packed up in boxes. Thats why I drive an hour to go here."

Every employee is extremely educated on every type of exotic animal, they can answer literally any question you have. They are all nice and very helpful! They don’t lie to make money, and they definitely do not mislead you on any type of information which is so important for any type of animal’s care. They have a huge selection of reptiles, amphibians, fish, exotic food, terrarium decor, and all kinds of supplies. I literally go to this store when Im bored and I wan’t to look around lol.
